How to Register?
All persons wishing to participate in any part of GFIP 2009 must register. Registration for GFIP 2009 may be made by completing and submitting the Registration Form.

Delegates can take advantage of the Early-Bird Discount rates that are offered which give delegates the opportunity to attend at a significant saving. Please register early to enjoy Early Bird Discounts rates. Early Bird registration will close on the dates set out below.

Registration will be on a first come, first served basis, and will close on 10 December 2008. Thereafter, late or on-site registration may be possible if there are still places available, but you are advised to check in advance with the GFIP Secretariat. To avoid disappointment, we would recommend that you register and book your accommodation as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that applications for registration received after 10 December 2008 will be entertained.

Registration Categories and Fees
The Registration Fee entitles the delegate access to the following :
- Attendance at all plenary and parallel working sessions;
- Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner on 8 January 2009
- Closing Reception on 9 January 2009
- Networking Lunches on both days
- Tea and Coffee during Breaks on both days
- Conference documentation including final programme brochure
- Name Badge and Conference Bag
Additional fees are payable for the add-on Breakfast Roundtables on the morning of 9 January 2009. Please refer to the form for details.
Payment
Payment may be made by cheque, bank draft, credit card or telegraphic transfer.
If payment is made by cheque or bank draft, please indicate the payee as “ IP Academy” and mark “GFIP 2009” on the back of the cheque or bank draft. We will only accept bank drafts in Singapore Dollars drawn on a Singapore Bank. Other currencies will not be accepted.
Please refer to the Registration Form for further details of payment via telegraphic transfer. Please ensure that a copy of the transfer details is attached to your registration form and sent to the GFIP Secretariat.
It is important to note that registrations will be processed only upon receipt of full payment. Best efforts will be made to confirm your registration and accommodation within 7 days of full payment of fees.
Withdrawals / Substitutions
Transfers or substitutions of registrations are welcomed any time. All requests for transfers must be submitted to the GFIP Secretariat in writing by no later than 2 weeks before the commencement of GFIP 2009.
Withdrawals of GFIP registrations must also be submitted to the GFIP Secretariat in writing. Please note the following cancellation charges are applicable : -
There are no penalties for withdrawals received before 31 October 2008. All cancellations received on or after 31 October 2008 will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of the Registration Fees.
No request for refunds will be entertained for withdrawals received after 1 December 2008. However, your registration fee can be transferred to a substitute delegate at any time. Only one transfer/substitute per registration.
